Beachcomber Garden is a small well kept property just ½ block from the beach and the luxurious Beachcomber Resort . The Garden Apartments are located on a quiet street, in the safe Oceanside community of Pompano Beach, just 5 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale. They are located across the street from a nice strip mall with shops, restaurant/bar, dry cleaners, hair salon & convenience store. You are ½ mile of north of Atlantic Blvd., where there are many shops, restaurants, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, drug store and Pompano fishing pier. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a 5 minute drive. I-95 is a 10 minute drive for easy access to attractions and major malls.

For the comfort of future guests, no smoking allowed. Small pet fee $100.00

Amenities:
Each newly renovated apartment has fully equipped kitchen, sleeping and living areas that include a king or queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Lush landscaping surrounds the apartments. Daily maid service is available at $25.00 per day upon request.

The amenities include TV’s/CD/stereo, air conditioning, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, hair dryers and beach towels. Also included is the use of the Beachcomber Resort facilities ( 300 feet of pristine beach, two large swimming pools, beach volleyball, shuffle boards, water sports rentals, full service restaurant, lounge and pool bar). A Beachcomber account can be set-up in your name for hotel charges.

2006 - Rates/Terms:
Rentals are for 2 month minimum stays. Rates apply for up to four people in the large one-bedroom units and up to two people in the standard and mini one- bedroom units.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus $100.00 exit cleaning fee and $500.00 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. All major credit cards accepted. Check in beginning at 4pm. Check out by 10am.
