ALL guest rooms, balconies, indoor restaurant, and Tiki bar are 100% NON-SMOKING. A cleaning fee of $500 USD will be charged to any guest who violates this smoking policy. Smoking only permitted in designated outside areas.

Resort Facilities and Amenities are for the exclusive use of Registered Resort Guests Only.

Any floor location or room number requests are strictly subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

First night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

The first night's room rate and tax are non-refundable and is forfeited if you do not arrive on your booked arrival date or if you cancel your reservation within the applicable cancellation period.

Children 11 years old and younger are free (if in the same room with family). Extra person charges apply for children 12 years old or older.

Cancellation Policy is 3 days prior to arrival date.

Registered guests are required to present a valid credit card for Beachcomber to obtain an approval for the remainder of stay’s room rate, taxes, Resort Fees and $10.00 per night for incidentals. If no credit card is presented, Guest must pre-pay for all room night’s rates, taxes, and fees and would be required to leave a $250.00 cash deposit for damages. No room charging privileges would be available in this situation.  

We highly recommend the use of an actual credit card, not a bank debit card, as the Beachcomber is not responsible for any overdraft charges related to debit card transactions, whatsoever.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM on day of arrival.

Check out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Guests who do not check-out by 11:30 AM are subject to an automatic “Late Check-out Fee” equal to one half of their current room type’s NON-DISCOUNTED rate.

The Beachcomber serves food and beverage around our pool and beach areas as an extension of our restaurant and Tiki Bar. We ask that any food and beverage you bring along are consumed in your room, suite or Villa.

Pool towels are issued based on the # of guests booked on my reservation. Unreturned pool towels to be billed to room account at check-out, at $25.00 per unreturned towel.

Coolers and picnicking are not permitted around our pool areas or on the beach. NO glassware, coolers, picnicking, tents or bbq's permitted at either pool or beach area.

Please note that we are committed to our guests’ comfort, safety, and security.  We have a zero tolerance policy with regards to anything flammable being ignited on the grounds or from any guest room on the resort property (including our beach area), especially any type of fireworks or BBQ grill. Fire code violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We also have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to unruly, inconsiderate, intoxicated or disruptive behavior.

For your safety and security, the Beachcomber reserves the right to refuse service, evict, remove or trespass any person(s) for violating any of our company policies.

We understand and respect guest’s need for privacy. The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room. If service is refused for this length of time, a member of hotel management will check on the guest room.
